Event support across Europe

Technical Event Support Across Europe

WMG Event Support builds the stands, runs the technical crew and moves the equipment behind exhibitions, corporate events, festivals and fashion weeks. One accountable team from load-in to load-out, in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and across Europe.

Technical crews, not just staff

Stagehands, riggers, AV technicians and stand builders who have worked the floor. They arrive with the right tools, the right paperwork and a briefing they have already read.

One team across Europe

Vlaardingen is our base, not our limit. We move crew, stands and equipment to venues in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the wider European fair circuit.

One point of contact

You brief one project manager. We coordinate the build, the technique, the transport and the on-site staff, so you have one number to call when something changes.

About WMG Event Support

The technical backbone behind your event.

WMG Event Support is the event division of World Wide Mobility Group. The group runs seven specialist companies that deliver physical projects across Europe, from technical logistics and project furnishing to technical installations. We apply that same discipline to events.

The crate that leaves the warehouse, the stand that goes up on the show floor, the lighting rig that has to be signed off before doors, and the people standing on the stand when visitors walk in are all handled by one team.

Tell us what you are building. We will handle the technical side.

Send us the floor plan, the technical rider or the run of show. You get a written scope and a quote from a project manager who has stood on that show floor before.

What We Deliver

From empty hall to open doors.

Three parts of an event we take off your plate: the stand and set that has to be built, the technique that has to work first time, and the crew that has to be there on schedule.

Why Choose Us

Why event teams across Europe work with us.

We come from technical logistics, not from party planning. We plan the load-in, we count the crates, we check the rigging points and we tell you early when the schedule does not hold. That is a different conversation than most event suppliers offer, and it is why production managers keep calling back.

How We Work

Three ways we plug into your event.
