Corporate event support across Europe, from staff parties to multi day conferences

Corporate event support means one team handling the physical side of your event: the build, the technology and the crew who run it on the day. WMG Event Support does that across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for staff parties, conferences, product launches, award evenings and teambuilding days. You brief one project lead, and everything from the truss to the registration desk sits with us.

Most corporate events go wrong in the gaps between suppliers. The venue says the AV company is late, the AV company says the stage was not ready, and nobody owns the schedule. We close those gaps by covering build, technical and crew in house, working to one load in plan and one contact. It is also why our teams travel: the crew that builds your event in Rotterdam builds it in Antwerp or Frankfurt.

Company Parties and Staff Events

Year end parties, anniversaries and summer events, built in a rented venue or in your own warehouse. We handle the staging, lighting, sound and the crew who keep the evening running.

Conferences and Seminars

Plenary rooms, breakout spaces and a technical setup that survives a full programme. Screens, lecterns, microphones and a technician on site from the first speaker to the last.

Product Launches

A launch needs a reveal that works the first time, because there is no second take. We build the set, rig the lighting and rehearse the moment with you before the room fills up.

Award Evenings and Galas

Stage, LED backdrop, autocue and a floor plan that seats everyone properly. Our crew stays through the dinner service and the show, not just the build.

Teambuilding and Incentive Days

Indoor or outdoor, we bring the infrastructure: marquees, power, sound, seating and staff to run the day, so your own people can take part instead of organising.

Venue Build and Set Design

Custom stages, backdrops, branded walls and furniture layouts. The build teams behind our stand building work do corporate sets with the same tooling and the same finish.

AV, Lighting and Sound

Line arrays, moving lights, LED walls, playback and comms, specified for the room and the programme rather than pulled off a standard package list.

Event Crew and Hosts

Stagehands, riggers, technicians, hosts and registration staff, briefed on your programme and dressed to the standard your guests expect.

Why Choose Us

One team for the build, the technology and the crew

A corporate event usually involves a venue, a set builder, an AV supplier and a staffing agency, each with their own schedule and their own idea of who goes in first. WMG Event Support covers the last three in house and coordinates with the venue on your behalf. One load in plan, one project lead, one invoice.

That matters most on the day, when something always changes. A speaker arrives with a different deck, the ceiling point is ten centimetres off, the doors open early. With one team on site there is no argument about whose job it is, and the fix happens while there is still time to make it.

Questions

Corporate event questions we get asked

Short answers to what companies ask us before they book. If your question is not here, send it over and you get a straight answer, not a brochure.

What does corporate event support actually include?

It covers the physical delivery of your event: stage and set build, AV, lighting and sound, power and rigging, plus the crew who install it and run it on the day. It does not include catering or venue hire, though we work alongside both and handle the load in schedule with the venue for you.

How far in advance should we book?

For a standard conference or staff party, four to six weeks is comfortable. For anything with a custom set build, an LED wall, or a venue that only gives you a short load in window, start eight to twelve weeks out. Shorter notice is possible when crew and kit are free, so it is always worth asking.

Do you work outside the Netherlands?

Yes. We deliver corporate events across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and travel further into Europe for existing clients. The same project lead runs the job wherever it lands, which is the point of working with a European group rather than a local agency.

Can you supply only crew, without the build?

Yes. Plenty of clients already have kit or their own production company and just need reliable hands. Look at stagehands and event technicians for the technical roles, or promotional staff for front of house and registration.

What happens if something breaks during the event?

A technician stays on site for the whole show, not just the build. Spare microphones, spare lamps and a second playback path are standard on any event where a failure would stop the programme.

Do you also build exhibition stands?

Yes, that is a separate service line. If your corporate event sits alongside a trade fair, see stand building and AV and technical support, both delivered by the same crews.

Planning a corporate event this season?

Tell us the date, the venue and roughly what you have in mind. You get a clear scope and a price for the build, the technical and the crew, from one team that will actually be in the room on the day.
