Most events need three or four suppliers: one for the stand, one for the technology, one for the crew and another for the staff on the floor. Every handover is a risk, and every risk shows up on show day.
We put all of it in one contract. The team that builds your exhibition stand also brings the AV and technical support, the stagehands and technicians, and the hostesses or promotional staff who work the floor. WMG Event Support is part of World Wide Mobility Group, so the transport, the warehousing and the installation capacity sit in the same family.

Our crews work in exhibition halls, on festival sites and in hotel ballrooms. The equipment changes, the discipline does not: a clear briefing, the right people on site, and a clean strike at the end.

An event support company supplies the people, the technical equipment and the coordination that make an event physically happen. For WMG Event Support that means building the stand, bringing the sound, lighting and video, providing the riggers and stagehands, and staffing the floor during the show. You brief one team instead of four separate suppliers.
We work across Europe from our base in Vlaardingen in the Netherlands. The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are our core markets. Crews travel with the equipment, so the same team you briefed for a build in Amsterdam can work in Antwerp or Frankfurt the following week.
Yes. Every service listed on this page can be booked on its own. Clients often start with stagehands or exhibition staff for one show, then add stand building or AV once they have seen how the crew works. There is no minimum package and no obligation to bundle.
Book as soon as your show dates are fixed. During the big European trade fair weeks, crew across the whole market is committed months ahead, so late requests get expensive or cannot be filled at all. For smaller corporate events and single day builds we can usually work at shorter notice.

The group gives us the transport, warehousing and installation capacity behind the event crews.
We quote per project, based on the floor plan, the show dates, the build hours and the number of crew you need. Send those four things to sales@worldwidemobilitygroup.com and you get a written quote with the crew, the equipment and the transport itemised, not one lump sum.
